All digital files, artwork, or music downloads from PERI8 are delivered instantly after purchase. Because these are digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a download issue or file error, please contact support@PERI8.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we’ll make sure you receive the correct file or access link.

Refund Policy

All physical items, including pre-order merchandise, are made-to-order. Refunds are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
To request assistance, email support@PERI8.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Refunds or replacements are subject to approval by the store owner and will be processed only if deemed appropriate.
